One Home at a Time
Foundry takes on a limited number of projects each year, and none of them repeat. There is no standard floor plan carried over from the last job. Each build asks for real judgment and close attention to details a family will live with for decades.
Crews stay small. You will work directly with [FOUNDER NAME] on site, without layers of management between the people doing the work and the person responsible for it.
What We Look For
Experience matters to us, but so does how you approach a job. We value people who ask questions before guessing and who leave a site cleaner than they found it.
If you would rather do something right than do it fast, we would like to hear from you.
